Direct Deposit - which way to YOU do it?

edited Dec 2, 2009 2:45PM in SuitePeople US Payroll 6 comments

I need to start offering employees the ability to get their paychecks by direct deposit.

Our company is using NS Basic payroll and we have about 35 employees.

For those of you who know better, please correct me if I'm wrong.

As far as I can tell there are 2 ways to offer direct deposit:

1 - Using the bank's direct deposit facility.

2 - Using Coastal Software through NetSuite.

I'm not sure how either of them works, but my guess is that for option #2 Coastal makes one debit to your payroll account equal to the total of all the direct deposit checks and adds their processing fee to the total.

Howdy, Stranger!
