2011 FICA Tax Calculations

I was speculating that there may be issues with the new FICA rates for employees.  Today, when calculating an employee paycheck, sure enough, it won't come back with FICA employee or employer. 

1. Tried to calculate a paycheck for one employee in batch
2. Tried to calculate a paycheck individually.
3. No FICA calculated for either employer or employee
4. Updated Payroll information twice.

I can't say if the new rates are related but I am curious if I am the only one experiencing this issue.
