Add Individual Paycheck

A week ago, I was able to create a payroll batch and then go into that payroll batch and have the option to either Add and Individual Paycheck or Add Multiple Paychecks to that already existing batch.  Today, I am unable to do so.  I'm not getting any errors or anything - I just don't even have the button (drop down selection) as an option anymore.

Anybody else experiencing the same problem?
