Netsuite Premier Payroll?

We need to switch payroll processors in 2013.  For those of you who use Netsuite Premier Payroll, what's your experience?  How integrated is the service for both our finance, HR managers and employees?  Anyone disappointed?  Missed expectations?

For anyone who evaluated it and decided not to implement, what were the drivers of that decision.
