Employees paid in different currencies

Unlike vendor form which allows you to associate different currencies to the vendor, I will like to know how I can do the same for employees so that the paycheck journal currency field will support multicurrency.

Currently what is happening is that the employee is associated with the base currency and does not allow us to pay our foreign employees in foreign currency.
