Change Payment Receipt PDF file name?

Hi,

Currently the system generates Payment Receipts attachments with the file name of the form:
  "Payment mm/dd/yyyy.pdf"
Note the forward slashes in the date.

If I try to save that file to a Linux/Unix system, it's not going to work, because it's reading the forward slashes as subdirectories, instead of part of the file name.

What I'd like to be able to do, because I have many international customers is to be able to change the file naming convention to be:
  "Payment_YYYY-MM-DD.pdf"
No spaces, no slashes, and ISO standard date format.

Is there any way to convigure the PDF attachment file names?
