Our Invoices Blocked By Spam Filter
We have just submitted this as case No. 510785. Has anyone got suggestions?
1. Create invoice destined for our largest customer.
2. "Save and Email" the invoice to our customer.
Result: The invoice generated by NetSuite is blocked and rejected by this customer's spam filter. Their IT department has told us that the invoice contains two lines of code that are causing the problem:

</head>
Here is more detail about what our customer said to us: "Our mail server is inflexible about any kind of script in an HTML message ... the solution would be to ... change the message headers to remove the Javascript."
