Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

"child of" in customer/vendor records
Our sales team has been creating vendors records from customer records, and vice versa- using the info tab within the customer/vendor record.
IE- Customer record-edit-info-other relationship-new-vendor.
What seems to be happening is that when the customer is a "child of" - as soon as the records are connected, the "child of" now associates with the vendor record. Since vendor records have no correlation with child of status, it is causing a bit of a problem. Child of records always begin with the parent name, and this parent name is now carrying to the vendor, and cannot be removed.
the customer 20:Televoip Cards now has a vendor associated as 20:Televoip Cards, instead of just Televoip Cards.
