Faxing Statements - Ver 7.0
I have been unable to fax a statement (using eFax) as an attachment when performing Bulk Mail Merge since we have been upgraded to ver. 7. Has anyone else experienced this problem and has found a solution? Net Suite indicates it has been successful, but it is not successful through eFax. It is not an eFax issue because this has worked for the last 2 years doing the exact same process as indicated below.
I have been going Under Bulk Merge, select Customer as the type of recipient, then you can select a dynamic group (based on a saved customer search) to send to customers that match certain criteria. On the Attachments tab, you can select to include statements, and set the statement content/format options.
