Download Center - audit of delivery - how?

Update: - our auditors have said that since NS is delivering the download, the auditor will go to NS to provide proof of delivery for this part of the audit trail. Like they go to FedEx for delivery confirm (though with FedEx we can at least provide a tracking number to follow-up on)

Who is using the Download center, and how are you retaining audit proof of delivery?

Our old system, we retained carbon copy of email that went to the customer.

Any customers out there with a workaround/ideas/?
