Rate column is no longer locked when base price is selected... Help?
We just discovered that on our estimate forms, the rate column no longer remains locked when a price level of "Base Price" is selected....
This is a problem for us as we use the "price level" column to determine if an order needs approval (to see if the price has been altered from the base price).
However, as of a few days ago, the rate field is no longer locked!! It will show as grayed out when the item is selected, but once the line has been submitted, the field unlocks itself and allows reps to put whatever they want into "rate" while leaving the price level as "base price"....
