Voided Bill Payment Still in "To Be Printed"

Yesterday I voided a bill payment that was "to be printed" and it appears that the bill payment has been correctly voided via a JE.  However, when I look at bill payments to be printed, the payment is still showing up even thought the bill payment was voided.     Has anyone else seen this before?  If so, can you tell me how to fix or what I did to cause this?    Thanks.
