Custom Field
There is a built in field in NS called "Days Overdue" that can be used for search results etc. I believe this field counts the number of days overdue from the date of the customer invoice.
I want to create a similar custom field that instead of counting from the date of the invoice it will count from a custom date field we have created named "date of installation". I will use this field primarily for search results.
For some administrative purposes we monitor customers accounts from this custom date field instead of the invoice date, and the dates do not always agree.
