Problem with saving Credit Memos
Hello All,
Anyone having the same problem I'm having when clicking REFUND on a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, should result to a new CREDIT MEMO, but once SAVED, Netsuite returns an error message: "Pls select an A/R account for this account."
We maintain 2 accounts for Accounts Receivables but I've never seen this message before. I checked CUSTOMIZATION > Transaction Forms > to see if I can modify the CREDIT MEMO transaction form to show maybe a drop-down on the A/R Accounts which we see in some transaction windows like Bill Sales Order BUT CREDIT MEMO does not have this screen field as an option to show or not.
