refunding sales tax
Does anyone have a good way to refund sales tax. We occasionally have times where we have charged sales tax to a customer, and we don't know that we shouldn't have until they short pay the invoice (because they didn't answer us about tax in advance, usually). We then have to refund sales tax, which is very difficult to do. Since the sales tax is generated by the line items, there is no way to do a credit memo for just the tax amount, without having to credit line items too. Am I missing something? Has someone figured out how
