Shipping and Handling Cost: Printing

We are working on setting up a handling cost to be posted on the transaction. We would like to roll a flat charge under the handling cost on the sales order, and not charge the customer for shipping. We offer free shipping, and therefore it is imperative that no shipping costs show up on the order (with the exception of expedited shipping and the like, in which case it is understood that there will be a shipping cost incurred).

We also want to separate these out into the total box on the bottom of the order when printing, and not show as a line item with columns.
