Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Item Pricing updates for vendor invoices
Our inventory item pricing data lives in it's own system. We make a purchase, the inventory item is received, and our system creates a bill and pushes it to NetSuite. NetSuite uses the item pricing from our separate database, let's say $1,000 so the PO and now Item Receipt and Bill in NetSuite all show $1,000. The vendor actually charges us a different price; say $900. So we need to manually update the Bill and Item Receipt in NetSuite to reflect $900.
Question: Is there any way for NetSuite to now remember this new price going forward? I am trying to avoid updating our separate database which houses all the pricing data. My hope is that NetSuite will store the item price data and use it in the future for bills. Thoughts, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
