Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

EDI with Contracts - Editing Terms?
Greetings all,
We are running NetSuite OW and utilizing the software vertical renewals module. We have sales being entered both through the UI and through EDI. Orders entered in netsuite generate an opportunity at 90 days and can be renewed.
Our problem is this - If a renewal order is entered through EDI the system reads it as a "New Contract" and automatically sets the Contract Start Date to whatever date the order was saved on. This is bad in two ways: [LIST=1]
[*]The status of "New Contract" cannot be changed via edit.
[*]Even when the saved EDI Sales Order is edited and the already generated renewal opportunity is referenced, early renewals entered through EDI create a new contract that does not match the end date on the opportunity's parent. This date (to my knowledge) cannot be edited.
