nlapiXMLToPDF - BFO Library - Images

Has anybody else experienced problems lately using images in their BFO PDFs created via scripts? We've been experiencing more than normal lately getting a lot of error parsing XML errors. Images are valid too - script has always worked great and nothing's changed recently.
