User Event Script to Modify message internalonly flag
Hello,
I am looking into creating a user event script that would run when messages are added to a case from email. Sometimes internal employees respond and I would like their messages flagged as internal.
Is this something that NetSuite SuiteScript is capable of? I would make Message a scripted record with a script that runs Before Submit which would change the internalonly if certain sender emails are present.
