Statement to show most current invoice

Hey guys.
I am generating the invoice and statement at the same time through SuiteScript.

I generate the invoice first and commit it by calling nlapiSubmitRecord.

I generate the statement with following parameters:
Statement date in the future: invoice date= 1/25/2012, Statement date= 2/1/2012

Blank value for startdate.

False to Only include open invoices

The PDF version of the statement does NOT include invoice I just generated. When generate the statement thorugh UI, it includes it.

any idea on this?
