Scripting against incoming emails
Hi,
I would like to inspect emails that are coming into NetSuite via a script.
The emails I'm interested in are ones that were sent as reply emails that were orignally sent from a quote or a specific custom record.
There seems to be some way that NS identifies these emails as originating from specific transactions or custom record and I would think that I could determine via script in order to act on it.
Ideally, I want to easily determine what base record sent the email so I can act on it for setting some specific fields.
Has anyone done anything like this?
