Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Deposit Application Record Type
Is there anything unique about the deposit application record type other than it cannot be manually created or created via script? I'm trying to hinge an event upon a customer payment; however, if you do a customer payment, and simply use a deposit towards an invoice, it creates a Deposit Application record. However, the Deposit Application record does not trigger an After Submit function and the Customer Payment record never truely "submits" so there is no internal ID to function off of.
Has anyone run into this before?
