nlapiSubmitField - date/timezone issues
Hi,
Has anyone experience of date/timezone issues with nlapiSubmitField and Event records?
We have an issue where by if nlapiSubmitField is used to update a custom (non-date) field on an Event with no reserve time, then the time portion of the date of the Event is shown in the System Notes to change from 12:00 to 00:00
e.g. From: 03/01/2012 12:00 America/New_York
To: 03/01/2012 00:00 America/New_York
This has an impact when Events are viewed in other timezones (e.g. in the above example if viewed in PST with the 00:00 time stamp the Event appears 1 day early - whereas before the nlapiSubmitField update it would view for the correct date).
