Custom Online Form not updating customer record
I am building a terms and conditions validation process and the steps are as follows:
[LIST=1]
[*]Sales person sets a custom field in a customer record to reflect a service type
[*]An email is triggered that has a link to a Custom Online Form where the customer fills out a few fields and excepts the terms and conditions of the service type.
[*]Customer click on link and fills out Custom Online Form
[*]Fileds in the online form populate a few custom feilds in the customer record.
[*]A welcome to the service email is sent.

I have a few scripts that I am working on (and many of you have probably already seen as I have sought (and received) a lot of help on these forums. Anyway, one area that I am getting hung up in is that I have the form generated and styled as I want but when I enter in the content, it is not updating the fields on the Customer Record.
