Item Template in a Script?
We have a constant frustration with the fact that there is no easy way to tell what template an item is using without opening up every item. We cannot delete some old templates, because they are in use, but we don't know which of our thousands of items are using them.
Does anyone know if it is possible to access what template an item is using through SuiteScript? I know we can't through a saved search or the like, but we are holding out hope there is some way to do it after all. Has anyone had any luck? Thanks!
