Customer Center Case form filter Contact with login access
Hello,
Our customers raise cases via the Customer Center, for some customers not all contacts are given access. When raising the case on the contact field we want to filter on only those contacts that have been given access. Per NetSuite this is currently being addressed by Enhancement 192222: List > Relationships > Contacts > Have a check box that would say "Show in Customer Center".
I’m trying to implement this by scripting, but I’m only partially successful as I’m coming across with several limitations;
1. Via scripting the giveaccess contact field is not available; it’s only available for searches. So in the Contact I added the custom field Show Contact check box to use instead of the giveaccess field. I tried to add the custom field to the Contact Access tab but I have been unsuccessful via the UI. Does someone now if this possible via scripting?
