how works validateLine event?

Hi,

I just make a script that occours on the validateLine event, this script make some searches and with the data make some validations.

That is working pretty good, but,the problem is the API remaining usage is being discount from every line instead of the line that it is executed.

Is that normal?

I have several of this scripts on some records/transactions and in all of them is behaving the same way.
