nlapiTransformRecord Sales Order to Cash Sale

Hi,

I'm trying to use nlapiTransformRecord to transform a Sales Order into a Cash Sale.

But i get the error:-

"Error: INVALID_RCRD_TRANSFRM
That is not a valid record transformation."

Looking at the suitescript dev guide it says we need to enable the Advanced Billing module for this to work.  Is that correct?

Is there anyway around this? It seems like a massive limitation and wonder what the reason is behind this.
