scriptable cart/checkout records browser?

Is there documentation anywhere which illustrates all of the field ID's available to suite script in the cart and checkout pages? 

For example...

- what's the internal ID on the country field in the shipping estimator in the cart?

- are there fields indicating which stage of the checkout process the user is in?

- what's the internal ID's for the radio fields for shipping methods?

The suite script records browser is a life saver for doing client/server stuff.  But I can't find any equivalent to it for scriptable cart/checkout stuff.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
