Scheduled Script in Sandbox

Part 1: I am doing some testing in our Sandbox account and have a Scheduled script set to execute.  Although it is in the Scheduled Calendar it is not executing at the scheduled time.

Part 2: The script contains an nlapiYieldScript() at the beginning of a for loop.  If I save and execute this script the Yield Script does not seem to work as I run out of governance.  So this goes back to Part 1. Does the script have to execute as a Scheduled script in order for the Yield Script to work?

Will Scheduled scripts run at their appropriate times in Sandbox?
