Customer User Event script for Online Forms

Can somebody help me out with what's wrong with this script? I'm trying to set the status for the lead as well as another custom field based on the following when an online lead form is submitted:
1. If a custom field is not empty (this is what lets me know that the lead is coming from the online form)
2. If the country is not United States.
