PGP public private key encryption / decryption?

We need to be able to encrypt data within SuiteScript before the data is transmitted to outside destination application. The payload (encrypted data) must transit through a third party cloud service before reaching destination. Only the final destination will have the key to decrypt the payload, and the third party service should not be able to decrypt the payload.

If there are javascript libraries that implements pgp, and can be used within SuiteSuite, it might be an option.
