URL Parameter to Add Item on Internal Sales Order

I am looking for a way, either through SuiteScript or through a URL parameter, to take a sales rep to an internal Sales Order form and automatically add an item to that Sales Order, without submitting it. i.e the order should be in Create mode.

I know there is a parameter for customer or custom form but is there a parameter for item?

If there is not a URL parameter to do this, is there a way to accomplish this with SuiteScript, still taking the user into Create view of a Sales Order?
