Help on Date/Time Custom Field
We have a field on the customer record that was a Date field. This field was populated when an e-mail Case comes into NS from an online form source that is non NetSuite. It is parsed in a script that runs after submit on the Case and the date from that form was captured and submitted as a “String”. 12/14/2012 and everything was fine, however with the new api we have been working on that field became problematic. It was necessary to change this field to a Date/Time field type because of the API work we are doing.
When submissions come in to a case e-mail the following is now occurring.
