Create a Qualification Risk Scorecard
Hello
I have requirement to create Risk Questionnaire based on a previous spreadsheet.
The spread sheet has a number of questions with set answers upon which the is a score associated with the answer.
I am struggling with the overall architecture as to the best approach
My gut feel is that this would require
1) Create CUSTOM RECORD Answer (defining Answer text & score field)
2) create CUSTOM RECORD Question - holds the question category, text, id, and link to 1...m CUSTOM RECORD Answer
3) Create CUSTOM Record Risk Record which holds the question and answers
4) Create a suitelet that allows a new Risk Record to be populated edited, populating the list of questions (and i guess the default answers?)
