Netsuite help please - is there something wrong with your servers?

Googlebot visits my pages (Your templates) and finds it cannot read the home page "unreachable"




Then it follows my sitemap and gets 404 errors on 119 of the pages! I have followed all the links and they all work. It says in your help files that your servers detect the spider bots and will automatically serve the pages to the bots in a more readable form, well the evidence seems to suggest otherwise.  Is this a known bug?



Are you checking Googles Webmaster tools regulalry for your site and if so are you having the same problems, please let me know I cannot believe that this problem is unique to my site.
