Descriptive URLs not correct in List View

We have descriptive URL for an item set to include the parent category and tab for the item.

Yet most of of our items in the list view show urls of the format:

http://www.novatech-usa.com/s.nl/it.A/id.44472/.f

while on our web site this item is located at
http://www.novatech-usa.com/Products/Thermistor-YSI-400-Probes/WD-93824-12

This bug really confuses our posts to Google Base, and other web Product Feeds.
