User Agent Switcher with Yahoo Slurp gives 503 error!

I was testing our website using user agent switcher and with the agent set to Yahoo slurp and MSN bot the site gives 503 error. With googlebot the site works fine.

I took a few netsuite websites of other companies and found out that it is giving 503 error for all netsuite sites  with agent set to Yahoo slurp and MSN bot.

Recently we had a huge drop in Yahoo natural search and I am wondering something is seriously wrong in Netsuite.
