Why does MSN and Bing hate Netsuite?

I have two instances of Netsuite and MSN refuses to index more than a handful of pages. Yahoo indexes the whole of both sites and Google now only seems to index about 1/4. Google changed its algorithms at the beginning of the year and we lost 2/3 of our sit from their index.

However, this is not about Google my question is very specifically about MSN or as it is now styled BING.

My second instance of Netsuite went live on the first of July and my site now has some 2400+ pages. My previous site have approximately 150 pages and almost all were indexed, but almost immediately MSN started to de-list the site when I moved to Netsuite.
