NetSuite site not getting indexed in the search engines

it has been over three months now and our netsuite website has barely been indexed to any degree (250 pgs out of over 5000). They keep crawling the same upper level pages (no deep dives).  It seems to be much much slower in terms of indexing than any other website I've been associated with building. We did submit a sitemap a few weeks back but still...Has anyone else experienced this? Is there hope that this will resolve itself?
