Multiple websites - change URL and titles

WE use multiple websites, one is a retail ecommerce site while the other is a wholesale only site.  We would like to be able to use different url's and titles for each website for the same item.  Is it possible to do this by adding custom fields?  Anyone have accomplished this and or have any ideas on how to accomplish .

We realize that you can have two meta tags, but ultimately different url and titles would be very helpful.
