WSDK Session Issues
We use WSDK for our website...
1. We have an FAQ set up in netsuite using the knowledgebas, that we have a link for our customers to access on our site.
2. If the customer places something in their netsuite shopping cart, the faq link no longer brings up the knowledge base - but now brings up their shopping cart.
3. I believe this is due to some kind of session issue with Netsuite.
4. The problem has also arisen because we recently added netsuite gift certificates to our site
a. The only way to use the gift certificate was to access the netsuite webstore for our account and pull up the gift certificate item where they could specify amount of the gift certificate and the email address of the recipient.
