Showing Related Items

Does anyone know how to get Related Items to show in the Shopping Cart. I've customized my cart's header and footer but use the tag <NLCOLUMNCONTENTS> to the body so that it pulls all the right info from Netsuite. However, it isn't pulling the related items information. I've checked to show the Related Items in two locations but still don't get anything. Should I add another tag to pull those items?
