Has something changed in Netsuite to Address field?

I am having strange results when displaying address on our website.
Some fields are missing address line 1..but some shows up alright.
I think our default address displaying on website is "Billing Address".

This is my soap request and the result below.
The result looks ok but not displaying properly.

Is it because of the  "spaces" or has the field title been renamed??
Also, in Netsuite, we have custom fields and some are showing up as
<ns2:value>false</ns2:value>   even though there is something.
