Regarding Left Side Navigation Template

Hai All,

        How to change the default view of Left Side Navigation Template?
I am unable to change the view of the Left Side Navigation Template.

Is there any other option to link with items other than using <NLCOLUMNCONTENTS> tab in that template?

Is there any option to change the horizontal menu bar to drop down menus by using JavaScript/ DHTML? Where to provide this code in the Netsuite customizations?

How to change the background of the Welcome page?
