Prevent redirect from custom domain

I have a customer who has their sandbox shopping website pointing at sb.shopping.mydomain.com... but when I go to that address I get redirected to http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.XXXXXXX_SB1/n.1/.f any ideas on how to keep the redirect from happening?
