Any info on cutomizing gift certs

We are trying to customize the gift certificate email
First question- Where is it hiding- i cant seem to find the location to of the generic email to customize?
Second Question where can i get the tags or attributes to use in the html for the Recipients Name-the gift number and expiration date?

I can not find any info on how to customize this
