Denying web shoppers ability to change default billing address

We need to remove the ability of b2b customers who have credit accounts with us, changing their billing address details in the checkout section. Currently, this could lead to fraudulent activity from someone in their organisation and something may go out on credit account, to an address not registered with us. Yes, of course the customer should protect their login details, but it does happen.

Does anyone have any ideas how to achieve something like this?
