Prepopulate fields upon login

Hi all,

How can I prepopulate the email field on an online form if the customer is logged in?

Also I need to have a TAG that lets me know what products are on the cart to run a script on the shopping cart page.

On the Order Confirmation Page I need the Customer Name or email and the Products they bought TAG.

Possible?
